DESCRIPTION
Building of the new marina:
All buildings have been designed under the same aesthetic pattern with will unify despite having, according to use different measures. The color, treatment of the facades, etc. ... assist in obtaining such uniformity intended. The implementation of the different buildings in separate groups, facilitates visual transparency, favoring sea views.
COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS
Commercial buildings of New Marina, are aligned to the new boulevard situated reinforcing this axis and servicing both within the Navy and the new shopping street, fully integrated into the city. Are proposed only three "building-porch" to promote transparency cross walk into the marina.
SEAMANSHIP BUILDING AND DRESSING
The crew spent building and the locker room of the marina users, are located in the north dock. Treating facades are defined to facilitate a uniform reading assembly.
BUILDING CAPTAINCY
Accompanying this series of buildings, at the end of the pier, construction of the headquarters of the Captaincy and Restaurant, top performance with the most unique building set.
LOCKERS
To avoid excessive volumetric difference between the various buildings, lockers have been designed houses, on two levels, the facade of the ships dock, to achieve visually reduce the slipway titrations from the point of view of users of the marine.
BUILDINGS OF VARADERO:
Nestled in the southwest and dam at the end of the walk, moves the new varadero.
BUILDING SUPPORT
The building access control module integrates into the office and lounge following the configuration of commercial buildings that are arranged along the promenade.
SHIPS
The constructions of more volume, such as paint vessels are arranged longitudinally to the axis of drive to the front showing the visual shorter towards the sea from the axis. From the 12 m. high, the facades are covered with transparent walls.
DRY STORAGE
The dry dock, neat parallel to the port breakwater, occupies the southern part of the esplanade. This provides a very light building with three levels of capacity vessels. The volumes are treated as separate pieces to escape a unitary element of over-representation and thus reduce the maximum visual impact from the city.
